Happy December! It is great to be back in Washington, D.C., working on behalf of Idaho's Second District. It was another busy week here in Congress, but first and foremost, I would like to congratulate Victoria Djidjev, an 11th grader from Hillcrest High School, on winning the 2023 Congressional App Challenge.

Last week, the U.S-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) dispute panel issued a disappointing ruling allowing Canadian restrictions on U.S. dairy farmers’ market access to continue despite its obligations under USMCA. You can read my full statement on this issue below.
