Dear [salutation],
First and foremost, Kathy and I extend our deepest condolences to the families of the five fallen heroes who lost their lives in the recent helicopter crash in California. Captain Benjamin Moulton of Emmett was among those killed in the tragic accident. My prayers are with Benjamin's loved ones and all the families of those lost.
To honor these brave men, my colleagues and I held a moment of silence for these American heroes this week.

Since President Biden took office, he has waged an unprecedented war on American energy. His anti-energy policies have caused prices to rise and have empowered our adversaries.
