Great news! The bipartisan reauthorization of the Action for Dental Health Act has advanced through the House Commerce Committee. Congresswoman Robin Kelly (D-IL) and I co-authored this legislation that directs federal support to organizations that provide oral health care to underserved populations, especially seniors, children, and those living in rural and urban communities.

This week, I spent time with my friends at the Idaho Grain Producers Association. I am committed to working closely to ensure Idaho Agriculture has representation in DC.

Action for Dental Health Act

I’m pleased to see the Action for Dental Health Act progress through the House Commerce Committee.

It's an honor to co-lead this bipartisan bill with Congresswoman Kelly. Oral health care should never be a partisan issue, and I look forward to seeing this bill advance through the House floor.

Idaho Grain Producers Association

It was great to meet with Ty Iverson and Kyle Wangemann from the Idaho Grain Producers Association.

We had a productive discussion on serving Idaho's grain producers and how we can better represent their interests at the federal level.

Standing up for Stanley

As Idaho's only appropriator, I take my responsibility seriously to ensure Idaho communities have the tools they need to succeed, given the challenges of a limited tax base, restrictive land use policies, and the difficulty of providing services to thousands of visitors each year.

That's why I use the CPF program to direct funding within the existing federal budget to projects that matter in Idaho, like the Stanley Workforce Housing Project.
