This week, Congress passed H.R. 6363, the Furthering Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, a stop-gap funding measure that keeps the government open and funded. I voted in favor of this measure. You can read my full statement below.

What the American people have seen over the last few years is an EPA with too much unchecked power. The Biden administration's EPA is working for a political agenda, not an American agenda.
