Dear [salutation],

One year later, we remember the innocent lives lost in the October 7th terrorist attack by Hamas on Israeli civilians. Now, more than ever, our great ally, Israel, needs America's unwavering support. I am proud to stand with Israel this week and always.

This week, I joined my Idaho colleagues in demanding answers from the Biden-Harris administration for its failure to stop the flow of illicit and deadly fentanyl into Idaho through the southern border. Enough is enough.

Water sovereignty must remain in the hands of states, Tribes, and local governments—not in the hands of the federal government. Last week, my colleagues and I reiterated that point to the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. I will continue to oppose efforts by the Biden-Harris administration that would undermine state, local, and Tribal authority. Read more about this effort below.

Remembering October 7th

One year ago this week, we witnessed pure evil as Hamas terrorists stormed into Israeli communities, brutally murdered more than 1,200 innocent people, and took hundreds hostage. These terrorists beheaded babies, raped women, and kidnapped the elderly.

We must never forget this tragic day, and the United States must continue to stand strong with Israel in its fight against this evil.

Demanding Answers from the Biden-Harris Admin

Fentanyl overdose is now the leading cause of death in those ages 18 to 45, claiming 197 Idahoan lives last year.

Far too many families have lost a loved one due to the rising rate of fentanyl overdoses in Idaho. The wave of fentanyl flooding into our state is a direct result of the Biden-Harris administration's open-border policies. The Biden-Harris administration must take accountability for the amount of illicit drugs and crime pouring into our state. We demand answers.

Pushing Back on the Biden-Harris Admin's Attempt at Federal Control of Groundwater

The federal government has no place in managing or regulating groundwater. I was pleased to see Governor Little and Lieutenant Governor Bedke stand up for Idaho by opposing this attempt, and I am proud to join their efforts in my position as the Representative for Idaho’s second congressional district.

Management of this precious resource is a state issue, and I will continue to oppose efforts by the Biden-Harris administration that would undermine state, local, and Tribal authority over water regulation. Read more about the letter we sent PCAST here.
