Simpson Earns A+ on Pro-Life Issues

I am proud to receive this rating from the SBA List and will continue to support legislation that protects the rights of infants, mothers, and healthcare providers who oppose abortion.

This A+ rating is the result of a consistent pro-life record by fighting to keep longstanding pro-life provisions in appropriations bills, including the Hyde Amendment; and opposing legislation that would expand access to late-term abortions, like H.R. 3755 the Women's Health Protection Act. 

I will always vote to protect the rights of the unborn and the conscience rights of taxpayers who don't want their tax dollars paying for abortion.

The Benefits of Domestic Mining in the Gem State

Last fall, an industry survey named Idaho the most mining-friendly State in the country. That's because, for Idahoans, responsible mining means investment in local economies, including good-paying jobs.

We must work to responsibly utilize Idaho’s invaluable resources so we can loosen the grip that foreign nations currently have on the global critical mineral supply chain.

On Tuesday, I joined Reps. Russ Fulcher (R-ID) and Dan Newhouse (R-WA) to highlight the benefits of mining to the Gem State and the nation.

There is a new federal resource that will allow you to get FDA-approved COVID tests delivered to your home. These tests are completely FREE with no shipping costs. Any site or group asking for credit card or other personal information is a scam. Remember:  

• Go to COVIDtests.gov to order your free COVID test kits from the federal government. If you click to order, you’ll be redirected to special.usps.com/testkits. If you follow a link from another website, double-check the URL that shows in your browser’s address bar.
• No one will call, text, or email you from the federal government to ask for your information to “help” you order free kits. Only a scammer will contact you, asking for information like your credit card, bank account, or Social Security number. Do not respond. Instead, report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
