GAOA Anniversary

On July 22nd, 2020, Congress passed the Great American Outdoors Act - one of the most significant achievements for conservation.
I've often said we love our national parks to death. The backlog of maintenance to both the parks and forests is overwhelming and that is why I worked hard to make the Great American Outdoors Act law.
Idahoans love to get out and enjoy our public lands - it is rewarding to see the goals of GAOA come to life through projects in Idaho.
There are currently 22 projects in place to improve roads, trails, bridges and campsites with GAOA funds across the 2nd Congressional District - benefitting the rural economies and communities in and around public lands the most.
