There is no overstating the importance of dairy to Idaho Agriculture! Believe it or not, dairy outpaces potatoes as the largest cash crop in our State.
As the Co-Chair of the Congressional Dairy Caucus, I am proud to represent the 3rd largest dairy State in the US!
