This year marked 79 years since allied forces stormed the beaches of Normandy. 

On D-Day we remember their courage in the face of evil and honor the lives lost in the name of freedom. I offer my deepest appreciation for the brave souls who fought that day. 

On the 75th anniversary of D-Day, I commemorated this remarkable event. I still believe we can come together and better honor the heroes of D-Day. Read my remarks below.

I am fighting against the EPA’s efforts to regulate certain industries out of existence and working to beat back a costly political agenda that harms Idaho farmers, energy developers, and families, all of whom bear the brunt of overregulation.

Between the recent pandemic and ongoing global supply chain disruptions, auto dealers are in a tough spot to keep up with tax liabilities demanded by the industry’s standard Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) accounting measures for new inventory. Idaho’s auto businesses should not be held hostage by increasing prices, shipping delays, and other factors entirely out of their control.

I am proud to back Idaho’s auto businesses by cosponsoring H.R. 700, the Supply Chain Disruptions Relief Act. This is a bipartisan, straightforward bill and I look forward to its consideration in Congress.
