The Idaho Congressional Delegation Presents
 Virtual Service Academy Day

Join representatives from Idaho’s Congressional Delegation for a Virtual Academy Day event on May 5th at 6:00 pm MST. In addition to learning about general academy requirements and the Congressional nomination process, attendants will have the opportunity to hear from representatives of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, and U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.

Attending a U.S. Service Academy can open the door to tremendous opportunities. Academy graduates receive a first-rate undergraduate education and have the chance to pursue an advanced degree. Additionally, graduates are guaranteed a job and spend a minimum of five years on active duty as a military officer with robust career opportunities available post-service.

The full four-year scholarship is valued at more than $350,000, including tuition, room and board, medical and dental care, and a monthly salary. Students learn discipline, ethics, and teamwork in a structured environment that fosters leadership and character development. If you are highly motivated, looking for a challenge, and want to serve your country, attending a service academy may be for you.
